Council Vice President Leigh Daly,

Leigh Daly is a long time resident of Folcroft. She and her husband, Peter, have four children. Leigh graduated Academy Park in 1995 before attending Beaver College (now Arcadia University) where she graduated with her BA in English/Education. Leigh is currently self-employed, but has also been an employee of the Community YMCA for over 12 years. As a council member, Leigh is the head of Parks and Recreation committee and the parking permits/driveway repair committee. Leigh is working to create memorable events within the borough along with her committee.

Councilwoman Lorna Fyffe,
appointed in 2021 and elected in 2021.
Lorna was born in Kingston Jamaica and is a 17 years resident of Folcroft. She worked at Delaware County Intermediate Unit for 22 years as a Data Manager and retired in 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Neumann College as well as a Masters of Science in Management from Rosemont College. She currently Chair Folcroft’s Public Health and Literacy and is also serving on the Folcroft Borough Park & Recreation Committee. Lorna is passionate about working with seniors and is currently working on expanding programs for seniors.
