Folcroft is partnering with the Delaware County Economic Development Corporation, the Pennsylvania Downtown Center, the Delaware County Planning Department, and Derck & Edson to gather community feedback that will help guide future investment and revitalization efforts along our Main Street corridor.
Apply Now for 2026-2027 Parking Permits
2026-27 Parking Permits are available to apply for now. Please note that the green permits from 2025-26 expire on July 31, 2026.
The cost is $60 per year; permits are valid from August 1, 2026 though July 31, 2027.

Folcroft’s 2026 Community Day Scheduled for Saturday, September 26
Folcroft Borough will celebrate America’s 250th anniversary during the annual Community Day event taking place on Saturday, September 26, starting at Noon, at Ashland Avenue and Delmar Drive and concluding at Montgomery Park as dusk for a Fireworks show.

Please join us as we ring in the 250th birthday of America during our Bells Across. America event on Saturday, July 4th at 2:00 PM. The event takes place at Cannon Park, directly across from the Folcroft Public Library.

Don’t miss Folcroft’s 4th of July Celebration: Bells Across America, taking place at 1:30 PM on Saturday, July 4. Everyone receives a bell to ring at 2:00 PM, and free water ice afterwards!
Please meet across from Folcroft Public Library (1725 Delmar Drive) at Cannon Park at 1:30 PM.
Summer Hours Begin Monday June 1st
Summer Hours will begin on Tuesday May 26th, Borough Offices will be opened Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM and close at 12:00 ( Noon ) on Fridays until Labor Day.
Important Public Information: E-Scooters
In the wake of serious injuries including a tragic death, the Folcroft Police are putting effort forth to increase public safety awareness and to educate residents of the law governing the use of electric scooters in the Borough of Folcroft. Roadways: PA law is strict in regards to electric scooters on public roads.
Offices Closed Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day
Folcroft Borough offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.
There will be no trash collection on Monday. Monday’s trash will be collected on Tuesday; Tuesday’s collection will take place on Wednesday. There will be no recycling pickup this week.
Folcroft Borough Offices Closed Tuesday, May 19 for Election Day
On Tuesday, May 19th, Folcroft Borough offices will be closed for the Pennsylvania Primary Elections.

Folcroft Borough offices will be closed for the day on Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.

Celebrate freedom on Saturday, June 13th at 1:00 PM during the Juneteenth Celebration at the Folcroft Public Library, 1725 Delmar Drive.
Please join us for storytelling, poetry reading, crafts, and refreshments.
American Red Cross Blood Drive May 26 at Community Center
The American Red Cross and Folcroft Borough will host a Blood Drive at the Ethan Joner Community Center on Tuesday, May 26 from 2:00 to 7:00 PM. Donors will receive a Red Cross beach towel while supplies last.
Street Sweeping Begins Tuesday, April 7th
Street sweeping in Folcroft will begin on Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday, April 8 and will continue weekly.
Please consult the posted signage on your street for details about which dates and times to expect the sweeper on your block. Notices about cancellation will be posted on this website and social media.
Violations can be issued to vehicles that are parked on the street during the posted times, so please observe posted signage and plan accordingly.
Hometown Heroes Banners Now Available – Apply by May 1st!
Honor Those Who Served in the Armed Forces and First Responders in Our Community.
Banners are printed on durable vinyl, using only the best hardware: cast aluminum brackets and fiberglass arms with reinforced sleeves for ease of installation and longevity.

Community Cleanup Day - Saturday, April 25

Free event! Children 10 and under. Bring your camera and get your picture with the Bunny! Hunt starts promptly at 12 noon – Bags provided!
Held in the field behind The Ethan Joner Community Center, 797 E. Ashland Avenue. In the event of rain, we will move indoors to the community center.

Bingo Night to Benefit Parks and Recreation - Friday, May 1
Bingo Night on Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Ethan Joner Community Center, 797 Ashland Avenue. Doors open at 6 pm with games starting at 7 pm.
