-          Light fixtures

-          Hard wiring

-          Sinks and tubs

-          Sewer work

-          Fences

-          Decks

-          Sheds

-          Additions

-          Driveways (paving)

-          French drains

-          Service cables

-          Circuit boxes

-          Solar panels

-          Framing

-          Ramps

-          Retaining walls

-          Water heaters

-          HVAC

-          Split systems

-          Boilers

-          Most window installations

Doing the work yourself does not eliminate the need for permits. Please note that a qualified Borough inspector must review the project and conduct inspections. Permit fees are calculated by cost.
