In Memory of Kathleen S. Kelly
It is with deep sadness that the Borough of Folcroft announces the passing of our longtime Tax Collector, Mrs. Kathleen S. Kelly.
A proud Folcroft resident for more than 55 years, Mrs. Kelly faithfully served our community for over four decades. She previously served as a member of Borough Council and as its President, as well as a member of the Southeast Delco School Board.
Throughout the years, she dedicated herself to numerous committees and was an avid supporter of the Folcroft Boys & Girls Club, where she and her husband Tom spent much of their time coaching and volunteering. All this before becoming Tax Collector a position she held for 20 years. Mrs. Kelly had established herself as a devoted and compassionate public servant whose commitment, integrity, and care for our residents left a lasting impact.
She worked tirelessly to improve our community and was deeply respected by her colleagues and neighbors alike.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her. Her legacy of service will continue to inspire us all.
