Now Accepting Applications for Zoning Hearing Board
The Borough of Folcroft is seeking applications from residents interested in serving on the Zoning Hearing Board.
Applicants must be residents of the Borough of Folcroft.
The Zoning Hearing Board conducts public hearings at the request of developers and residents seeking zoning relief from specific provisions of the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance through variances or special exceptions.
The Board is responsible for:
Interpreting the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance
Conducting public hearings
Making decisions to approve or deny zoning applications and petitions
The Zoning Hearing Board meets as needed, typically one to three times per year, when an application or zoning petition has been submitted.
Folcroft residents with an interest in local government, land use, and community development are encouraged to apply.
